I expected Aphrodite to be cold.
The kind of goddess who barely acknowledges the people around her.
But when I finally stood close enough to see her expression clearly, she didn’t look cruel at all.
Just distant… like someone who had spent so long above everyone else that normal emotions barely reached her anymore.
Even surrounded by gods, she still felt different.
Quieter. More composed.
Like she never needed to prove her presence to anyone.
And honestly… that calm confidence was far more intimidating than anger ever could be.
