I like telling a story without making it overly complicated, and I prefer letting viewers imagine the narrative and background themselves rather than spelling everything out for them... So with this type of scenes like this, I aim for a moderate pace, voice interactions to make the characters feel more believable, and I also added a lot of new sound effects. On top of that, I spent time editing the room itself to better fit the atmosphere and setting. Because of that, I canāt separate the ENV assets for public use, so I had to mark it as NC-ND. Thatās why the VAR file size reaches 133MB ā the scene itself actually isnāt heavy at all, since I already tested it in VR.
Technical details:- Lights: 5 lights (I usually keep only 2 enabled for better performance; the other 3 are turned off by default, but you can enable them for a more cinematic look)
- Audio: 8 audio sources in total (characters have separate voices, and the ENV also has ambient sounds)
- Model scale: female 1.0, male 1.1
- Scene length: 200s
