Might suggest in:

21) CLICK ON NEW MORPH AND SELECT "ERC Freeze..." AND CLICK "Accept"

add uncheck restore figure under options before accept.
 
Great guide ! Any way something similar could be done with skins ?
There isn't any similar way but there is a way to convert textures to Gen 2 UV which is what you're talking about.

I find "Posing" at the right side but there is no Character Parameters near that.
And there is no Saved Files there.

You are pro and i am very thankful but its really hard since all these things are not visable from scratch ;)

And it's not that i do not Google but the DAZ Resouces at Google are rare not even Screenshots if i search and the official DAZ Site is no good.

So ok since i cannot give up trying my own i continued a bit.
I hope its ok if i add it here.

Model look s good now as i wished it should look

I found the T-Pose under Left Side Menue Genesis 8 Female > Presets > Poses
There is nothing on the right side Poses even if i copy all possible Presets Folders so i hope i am right.
I am using latest DAZ Pro 4.15.02

If i hide them at top right Scene Menue they are not available in my Gen2 Model then.
The Gen2 then looks like the default Victoria Model.

Did i miss a Step to actually copy the Anatomics over to GEN2 during Fit Process ?

Am i doing something wrong in attaching the Anatomics process wise?

Scene because you write "TO Scene" and not "to a new Scene"

Morphs are parameters. Where do they come from in the scene?

And the Rest ( a lot ) which is Pre Checked has to be as it is ?
Unless otherwise specified, it is the default.

Do i have to delete my GEN 2 Model here which is still in the Screen ?
Do i need to add a new Scene?
It doesn't matter. One single model is only needed when exporting the obj file

That does not work it tells me it can only work on one Figure a Time
It's not clear. In 20 minutes I will make a manual with pictures.

Although i activated compression in the Morph Export i do now have 1054 Files in the Export Folder and not one ;)

You just added that Single Morph File.
So i guess i shouldnt have selected the entire Genesis 2 with all submenues right ?

Why is that so tiny then with just 8 Kiliobyes?
So Skin and clothing and Hair and everything will be selected in VAM for customization ?

Regarding FIT:

I figuered out some other things with Shape Plugins i added to my Model which destroy the Models fitting and i also had
Geometry Issues in Morph loader Pro two times just using the Standard Gen8 Model.

I read at several resources that the Eyelashes are troubelling Morph Loader Pro

but in your screenshot you had them selected so it should work?


Regarding VAM:

I am having Issues then finding your ATOM Loading Select Screen to load the actual DSF File.

Your Guide tells
  • Launch VAM (Or do a reset - Main UI -> File -> Hard Reset) VaM_UXIcQjLEY8.png
  • Add person (Edit Mode -> Add Atom -> People -> Person)

> Then a Blank Person appears.
  • Find our morph and apply it to the person (Select -> Person -> Male\Famale Morphs)
> This is not existing in my VAM ( Full Version )

Nothing else and if i click > add Person there a second Blank person appears.

There is no Selection Menue i could browser then . Not even if i checkbox Select Atom on Add

Not even after a Hard Reset ;)

Perhaps you can tell me how these file will be one ?
As you can see, only gen2 is selected and the same file(s) will be saved as gen2.dsf
That is what you are looking for.

The selection at this point means nothing, since only what is visible is important for exporting.(Ignore Invisible Nodes)

This is not existing in my VAM ( Full Version )
I do not know what kind of VAM you have and what status, but when you add a Person, adds a normal character that has Famale Morphs (for example), that's where you look. If none of this, then I can not help you. Look for the answer on the internet.

Ok perhaps it has been because i just added a default ATOM Person and not a character which has a Morph attached.
How can i see if a Character is compatible ?
Can i browse the VAR for a included Morph?

I thought i can attach a Morph to any Character.

But the Way is correct i open a Character > I choose Edit >Select > Atom > Person
and if it has a Morph my DSF should be visable ?

I have a last question if you can answer me that

Yes. You can find it by search.

Female Morph -> @find * VaM_IeOF541ILr.png

Do you do the same?

Yes i have three Files .vmb and.vmi now.

I am a bit further.

I copied some other DSF Morph Files in deactivated Beta and made another Hard Reset ( always needed? ) and they appear as selectable Morphs.

Also my new Created one now appears after another Hard Reset, finally unblairwitched.

But nothing other than that her breast move a tiny bit if i move the Slider to max.
Nothing else Morph Wise happens if i move the slider.

Technical if i move the Slider to max it would then Morph to my created Model?
Is that what you mean with attach ?
Would i have to reset something here Morph wise regarding the Default values the loaded Model has?

I also found something in the Workflow

20) Enabling Edit Mode(Parameters->Morphs -> Morph Loaded -> RMB -> Edit Mode)

My yesterday Exported Morphed Daz Exported DSF does not look like the usual DSF as i noticed now .
If i edit the Usual DSF they all look like my VMI.

And what wonders me the Morph Menu seems to be oriented by the id / display name and not by the Filename i had given it.
It is displayed under gen 2 while the Filename is another.

What is RMB ?
Right mouse button. Standart pc\internet abbreviation.

Morph to my created Model?
Your morph change what was changed in DAZ - difference before change and after - this what doing morph.

Filename is another
Filename gives nothing. Only id\displayName in the VMI file makes a difference

Its damaged right ?
Maybe it doesn't make any difference because it doesn't make any difference.

I can report Success :)

I have chosen a Standard Model and did not attach any Plugin Shapes morph whatever bigger booty Goblin Look Morphs as a example and it worked.
Once i move the slider it morphs.
Awesome.

BUT now it comes ;)


T-Pose and Model Creations using Shape and Morph Pugins:

1. Imploding Model

Technical , do you know if T-Pose is only working with Standard Gen 8 Files which are not using Plugins and being created with a mixture of Morphs like
additional added Anatomics or Booty Morph Plugins and so on ?
Because thats what i do.

I create a character with new Faces ,Booty, Anatomics .
I can say that the FIT Process also often just fails if i use this and that Body Shape / Morph Plugin.

For example if the Shape / Model Size i create is not exactly matching the size of the Standard Gen 8 anymore.
I sure afterwards set it to 100%. before i attach T-Pose then and then a Gen2 Model to FIT.

It just implodes to weird Geometry then.

So this was a side Effect i noticed working with T-Pose and Fit Process.
Sometimes it works sometimes not to FIT to Gen2 .

2. Did i miss a Preparation when using Morph Plugins?

So is there anything i have to do after i created my Character so that all Morphs and Anatomics i additional add will be one with
the Model before i attach T-Pose and FIT?

Like merge all and everything to ONE Person Morph Gen8 ?

It seems to be important that a GEN2 has to be created as one and not a Multiple Creation of Plugins and Morphs
so i wonder if i can like klick a Button to merge all i have added to the Model .

Like Saving and reloading then so all i attached is no longe a Mixture prior to ONE .

Currently i see like on the right Top Side Menue

>Genesis 8
>Genesis 8 Female Genital
>Geness 8 Booty Morphs
>Genesis 8 Elf Ears Morph

This guide only allows you to transfer a character's shape, and not all characters can be transferred, as fitting gives an approximate result. The rest of the things in the scene can be transferred through unity. However, for example, it is not possible to transfer a custom genitalia to interact on stage, as it is embedded in the VAM itself by default, and is inserted when the character is inserted on stage. Moreover, there is dynamic morphing on it, when other objects interact with it, and if you try to import your own vagina, you need to write your own handlers.


However, this is my opinion and understanding of the process. I suppose there is a way to make a better fit and replace the default genitalia with your genitalia.
