Person Atom Plugin Suggestions?

There are so many plugins here to look through, I'm just wondering what everyone's must-haves are for a blank person atom?

My old go-to plugin preset was becoming a bit unmanageable, so I'm looking to create something new without all the duplicates (I would lose track of which plugins were trying to control facial expressions, for example).
What kinds of plugins do you all use on your actors without too much overlapping? Do you go for realism, or do you have other cool ideas?
