Place the file in your AddonPackages folder and run in VAM. Make sure your VAM is updated to the latest version and you have all teh dependencies. Also, keep High Quality Physics unticked in the settings or the cock may slide out during the cowgirl animation (it's pretty hot though I kid you not).
