The speed they disappear / appear depends on the animation stage, if she is sucking the tip it will be faster for smegma to disappear, and slower if deepthroat. And smeared mascara will appear faster if deepthroating etc.

Use F3 for WristAssistUI to change male PoV and to change where characters look at.

The scene seems to be working fine with Belline, but you might see collision and alignment issues with other looks.
