This is an example.
I want to use the following assets in my paid scene.
There is no problem with the copyright of the assets.
However, other packages included in the package contain NC copyright.
I am not using assets from that package.
Is there a problem with NC copyright in this case?

The Creative Commons simple definition of NC is

NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

If we interpret the definition literally, you will be fine since you are not using the NC work. (You also don't risk upsetting the original creator if you are not using it)
Maybe you should write somewhere in the description that the NC referenced packs are not being used.
