Best way is to use Timeline plugin and record controls (capture motion as you move your hand in VR or desktop).
You don't have to record every control at once, you can record it one by one, record headcontrol, rewind, record hipcontrol and so on.
Use Timeline's Save Pose feature for the best results

well say for one char to make a simple waving hand 3 second animation. First load the timeline clist plugin on the character. open the plugin on edit tab shown in timeline 1 jpeg 1. enter a name for the animation 2. set the time length of animation and click apply.
Next timline 2 jpeg click the + button next to target button click add targets. then 1 Select the contol point you want to animate from the drop down menu and click add.
Next timeline 3 jpeg 1 advance the timeline either by click + button or you can click and drag the bar above once advanced you move the control node to where you want it to be at that pont of the timeline andvance some more move control etc. etc.

Auto thruster/Body language There are other ways like using auto thruster plugins and such where if you have characters already in the posed positions you can just have the plugin activated and it will do that sex motion for the body.
Sex helper is another auto thruster plugin.

I think you're all way too "blinded" by your own experience on VAM haha.
The best way to make "not complicated animations" if we're only talking about simply the thrust part would be animation patterns. This is a simple way of understanding and having fun with the base physics of the characters.
For more complex "full body animations" then, I agree with everyone here, there is no other alternative the best "complex" plugin around here, Timeline.
- Timeline is kind of complex.
- "Automatic stuffs" well, are automatic, you're not "making" the animations.
