The archive includes light presets. You can see how they work in the video.
1. Copy the contents into the root folder of the game. The Saves folder contains light presets. Outliner version 8 or higher is required.

Right now we just don’t have the tech to light scenes like that properly and still keep them looking good. Shadows start disappearing at around 20 meters from the camera, and the grass shader looks pretty bad same goes for most of the fast vegetation shaders, also baking something like that is a nightmare because this a lot texture space. The only way to really do it right would be the classic tiling approach with proper pbr setups for the assets.
So yeah… we really need Unity 2022+ for this kind of stuff. I hope that the new vam will meet needs for such envir.
