Apparently I hadn't rated this yet, but like...it's almost pointless. This is AMAZING work, in every single way.
The original was certainly impressive in vision/scope but felt clunky/unwieldy, in ways that made the load times not worth it. Produce 69 II is another story entirely; it's pure art.
It's not just the way the dance scenes are composed (although good GOD some of them are brilliant..."Billionare" and "Meow" in particular are mmmmmph), but also the painstaking effort gone into making strong UI and logic elements. Overall it's much harder to "break" P69 II just by using it in sensible ways, plus this time around it strongly focuses on model customization. Doesn't matter how crazy your model is, the built-in systems (plugin merge loads, locking clothes/hair/etc) generally prevent excessive scene-to-scene struggle in getting your look right.
...and of course...not to mention...FREE (the best things in VaM often are, as ever).
You're all gods.
