Fantastic! Highly customizable and allows you to create any specific freckle pattern you would like. I was able to do this over makeup as well with no problem.
Anything you'd like to see on the future? I've been thinking a lot about what add next. Moles are high on the list (with normal maps, of course!) just because theirs relatively similar in how I'd generate them.
