To get things started you'll probably want to load your favorite appearance(s) for the character(s). Then edit the "PhoneScreen" atom to load your video (or image) with a URL or local file. The video should start playing on the girl's phone as you progress forward. Use "Start Moving" to get the girl to start riding you. The riding is controlled by the Silver Circler plugin and can be adjusted with sliders or changed to auto. You can have the girl bring the phone closer with "Get Closer" button or back off with "Sit Up".
If you have issues with choppy audio from the video then it's likely cause by low performance. Consider using the GiveMeFPS plugin to make adjustments and/or disable soft body physics. Also, some videos may require adjusting the PhoneScreen atom's scale x and y to fit better.
