Question How to make a bulge for futa?

I'm using alternativefuta plugin and i wonder if there is a way to make bulge on pants or panties.

Hello! Since nobody answered you, here's my reply: I use mostly AltFuta models I tweak myself, and I'm currently working on some female items (or male, just pasted inside Custom/Clothing/Female, so far), creating some Sim Textures for them (making the crotch and perineum area black, purple or blue, make it loose so my AltFuta guys can sport a nice bulge without disabling anatomy in the clothing item Adjustments panel. I just tweak a bit the collision radius and power in the Physics panel of a clothing item, and it kinda works, although you gotta paint in red some other areas like thighs and glutes, or they'll look like wearing their XXL grandpa undies! I'm testing it now switching the Flaccid/Erect male morphs to -1, but I'm gonna try it with the Realistic Foreskin & Erection Plugin. If succeed in this, I'll ask permission to some creators to post those tweaked Sim textures, or even those garments, which maybe I'll sculpt a little using Blender. I post here an awful WIP picture for y'all to see how's it going.
