I'm sure I saw a way to get higher definition screenshots of VAM scenes rather than the standard camera button, but now I can't find any reference to it. Does anyone know please?

Solution
It's called SuperShot and included in my Essentials plugin collection:

Just add the plugin to some atom in your scene, doesn't really matter where.

I know Im necroing this thread from the dead, however I have to give you another shout out. Every time I need something done, low and below, you've made a plug-in for it. Sure enough, needed higher resolution pictures for my first release, and google leads me to you. Thanks again for everything you've given this community!

will super shot take pics with postmagic 3 on?
Took some shots for my new look earlier with PostMagic and it looks like it. I used different LUTs for different shots and can tell the difference at least.

Yes, that should work. Note that some PostMagic effects are "by pixel radius", e.g. Bloom or DoF. If you make a screenshot at higher resolution you will have to increase the radius accordingly.

Any plans for a 'vertical camera' for portrait mode screenshots?

SuperShot has that as an option. Various aspect ratio and also landscape/portrait mode.
