This is a commissioned scene but I wanted to share a demo here on the hub.
I'm calling this "Body-In-Motion Embody"
All you need to do is enable Mirrors in your User Preferences, then make sure the in-scene mirror is toggled on, select Embody, and Menu Move from the in-scene menu. The demo includes the first half of the "Pain" sequence - so prepare to get whipped!

TL/DR:
My scenes tend to have all players being highly active - that it, moving around the scene, fighting each other in different arenas. My patron challenged me to include Embody which required some effort to avoid complete disorientation while in Embody. I wanted the experience to be as immersive as possible - but not leave you spinning dizzy or lost.
I add the mirror control to the player's timeline so it moves with the player in a quasi realistic way. This means you can always see yourself even when you're getting tossed around - literally flipped and spun around the space. The player tracks their eye target which is also controlled in the timeline. The position of the head, eye target, and mirror all need to be coordinated for the best experience. The player's control position is also part of the timeline to facilitate larger movements around the scene.
Check out the demo and let me know what you think!
If you like the experience, the full scene with more Pain, plus a Pleasure sequence are on my Patreon page.
