Question How are you managing files?

I am trying to better organize my files and folders in VAM. My biggest mess is the Scene folder, cluttered with vac files and json files. I now create a folder for an environment or asset when I first use it, and put all poses and save files in there, that has helped when browsing. I save all model looks in folders named after the modder, or a specific look like Asian. I would like to know how others are creating order to their VAM program. For example once you download a file and move it to the appropriate folder (say a VAR file), are you deleting that file (from your download/megasync folder)? Or are you storing a copy elsewhere as opposed to going back to discord or the Hub to re-download if you need it? Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated.
