This was a request from @Neith on discord so he could have glowing tattoos to use with @Blazedust 's emissive clothing plugin.

Can you explain how to use it? I can see there are 2 new clothes items, one is white with some glow, and the other one looks more like gold, but how can we get the other glowing effects from your images?

You need to add the emmissive clothing plugin by blazedust and click on filter override and select the clothing you want to glow. For the lightforged and Morwyn you just select torso and arms and legs, for the previously released nightborn ones you would need to select the face as well.
