Anyone know of a way to remove the balls? I've tried playing around with the morphs but I haven't been able to fully remove them.

When High quality body physics is on, going back to male preset (or maybe even without it), disables dicks collisions. Collisions remain for the futa girl.

Also, can't load scene after, game just freezes right before loading ends.

It seems I have the same issue, but not sure that it's linked to high quality body physics. The first scene i use alt futa works properly, but the next scenes start bugging: the penis collision of the male character stops working, and ultimately the next scenes never finish loading, the game get soft lock on the scene loading screen, nothing to do but close and restart.
And this happens every single time the plugin is used, not matter the version, tried 24 to latest.

I believe this could be related to the bug that some original male penis colliders are not properly restored when removing the alt futa plugin. So it also leads to errors when changing back from altfuta to male. This might lead to the problems you observe. Hard reset between scene loading solves the issue.

I should clarify my previous question: When you use Kayla skin, which genital diffuse texture does the plugin use by default? I have unpacked the file, but there don't seem to be any texture files in there? Is it downloaded on loading the plug/switching skins? The code SORTA looks like it could
If its a license thing, or permissions or credit or whatever, I don't want any credit. I'll blend the texture and you or whoever... "owns"... it, can use it completely free never mention me, nothing.

Yeah that's what i try to do, but it still is very annoying and makes the plugin a pain to use. I'm surprised the issue is not discussed more as it happens consistently. Is there a known version without the issue?

That just happend to me yesterday, the scenario was i removed altfuta plugin and then switched the female character into a male and after that male penis collision turned off. This was my 1st encounter like that.
