Hello, I have seen a few people on here posting stuff they created from Virtamate onto Pornhub and video pay sites. I was reading the terms and conditions and still not 100% sure... is this something we can do? Can I use virtamate to make scenes and sell them for profit? what stops someone from using my scenes that I upload to Virtamate for profit on a pay for video site?

Thanks

Might want to check out the FAQ on this subject. In general, with paid content, any out of game media you create is yours to sell or give away as you see fit. The scenes are another matter. You can't use somebody else's content in a scene or look resource you want to sell unless it has the appropriate license. If any resource has the NC in the license, you can't use it commercially. Also see this thread and this graphic.

Great info! thanks for that. So this "clothing" is CC-BY_NC - So if I add Skippy's cum pack to my Virtamate creation and create a video for sale, It's a no go?

I think selling a video (mp4, etc.) is OK, because the assets cannot be extracted from it, but we still haven't heard from any of the mods. The thread I pointed to seems to imply that selling standalone "works of art" based on the use of Vam assets is allowed. We need some input from the usual suspects, @MacGruber @DJ or @atani to be sure. The CC-BY part does imply you still need to credit the creators. The NC part for Vam is that you can't sell another asset with that asset bundled inside.

I see what you are saying, well hopefully one of them charm in. I have seen people like @WeebUVR and @TheScenes posting videos online.. Just want to confirm it is legal before I add the ones I created.

The Hub's position is that NC content cannot be used in any way whatsoever in paid content. That would include screenshots and video.

That said, you could always ask the individual creator if they're OK with paid video. Some might be. If so, you should include in the credits that it's used with permission.
