Plugins + Scripts Attach To Vertex

Hi, is it possible to attach cua to another cua vertex with that plugin, i have many times some cua that id like to link to some part of other cua and that would be awesome.

I wish this worked better, i set up a subscene with it, and when i reloaded the subscene it was all busted. it seems to disconnect from the atom too easily on load. any tips?
