Any detailed achilles tendon morphs?

I've always been confused as to why there is SO much customization of every part of the body... except the Achilles tendons? And it's not just VaM! Even playing Skyrim or Fallout, etc. I have to manually edit the model in order for there to be achilles tendons! Otherwise it's cankles-galore! I'm wondering if someone knows of any morphs, etc. available that allow some decent customization of the achilles tendons? I haven't been able to find any...
