1. Yeah I'll see if I can fix that, but it may require switching to non-physical hands during the freeze
2. I'll look at that. Pause simulation doesn't actually stop the timelines from running, which is probably should since it could cause issues when pause simulation is turned back off (controls will be far from physical objects)
3. Changing to play mode resets physics, but I can fix that. Changing from play to edit currently pauses the motion animation timeline, and I'm also going to make this a preference and fix so it does a proper full pause (audio, animation patterns, Timeline, etc.) if enabled.
