Hi .. sorry for the necro on an old thread. Is there anything more up to date and automatic for converting Genesis 8 to Genesis 3 ?

Heyho!

I also have questions regarding the steps in the tutorial, maybe someone can help.

"8) Add a new genesis 2 character to the scene"

Might sound silly, but how do I do it? When I want to add a character, the only choice the application gives me is adding a Gen 8 character...

For some reason, when I use the morph in vam, it comes out all munted. Fingers all spaghettified, neck and body all twisted etc.
Any idea why this would be?
Could it be because the morph also changes the size of the character?

Edit: figured it out. It was because I didn't first apply the morph from morph loader prior to re-rigging it, so all the bones were out of place

I have the same problem... I had try it around 5 times. No solution?

I know this discussion is a bit old, but if anyone can help me with a question, I'd be grateful. The entire tutorial is useful for what I need. I did everything it said and it all worked, except inside VAM, the eyes are out of place, too far inside the skull. How do I fix that?
