I know we can use reflective slate or glass to make mirrors.

Is there a Mirror which beats these two in terms of clarify and quality? maybe CUA mirror?

Glass has options that can make it a perfect mirror. Change the color to pure white, reduce "reflection opacity" to zero and increase "texture size" (I recommend 2048) and you'll get a perfect mirror. You can also change the size by adjusting the scale x/z. I usually keep reflection opacity a little bit higher than zero to keep things realistic though.

Make sure you have "Mirrored Surfaces Enable" checked in User Preferences, or it won't work.

Once you have your glass atom set uo to be the perfect mirror, you can go to the "control" tab and save the look, just like you can for a person. So the next time you want a miror, you can just add a glass atom and load the mirror look to it.
