VaM 1.x VAMArchive: A much needed and welcome addition!

Thanks to the admins and the VAM team for this initiative. A great one, especially as we transition to VAM2 eventually. It will be good to preserve all the amazing content that has been shared here over the years.

Two questions:
1. Will this mean some of the old / missing VARs in my collection (dependencies) will now be available to fix broken dependencies where the free content has been previously removed?
2. Who is on the banner currently? Holy smokes - I NEED that look!

That is the goal. Currently the archive has a backlog of over 600 resources waiting to be added.

Thanks Ash. Out of curiosity, what steps are being taken to moderate the backlog? Does it involve contacting the original authors? If not, could it be scripted somehow? Or is it just a case of having to upload them all?

Each one must be manually reviewed by staff and the resource post formatted for the archive. It cannot be automated. In some cases, the original author has asked that their information be removed from the content, in which case it can take a bit longer.
