Can you share some screenshots of the UIAssist settings you have configured to disable it and also your .uiap file (This would be alot easier on my Discord channel)
Also do you have any files in this folder: `VAM\Saves\PluginData\JayJayWon\UIAssist\HeelAdjust`

i do have some files in the heel adjust folder in plugin data so i took them out and put them somewhere else temporarily. i did join the discord - do you want a PM if i send you the .uiap and screens?

Forgive my ignorance, but how is the Heeladjust plugin supposed to work with UIAssist? Whenever I add the button to the grid, it doesn't seem to do anything? I tried adding the HeelAdjust plugin to the Person Atom beforehand, but the button doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "When I add the button to the grid"? You are maybe referring to setting up a specific button Operation, but you havent said which.

Also be aware that UIAssist has a HeelAdjust feature built in which is similar but different to the standalone HeelAdjust plugin available from prestigitis. The two are not meant to work together. The UIAssist HeelAdjust feature can be setup in the Tools>HeelAdjust part of the UI and there are some instructions embedded there.

I guess that is more so where my ignorance comes in as I am not familiar with in general how this function is supposed to work. I added the "Raise People by Heel Adjust Height" button as a specific Button Operation. After reviewing your comment now I went to go setup the HeelAdjust feature under tools, but I don't know how to save/select saved HeelAdjust files? I created one using the prestigitis HeelAdjust plugin and that saved the file for a particular shoe to Saves/HeelAdjust, but it doesn't show in the drop down menu for "Heel Adjust Shoe" in Tools/HeelAdjust in UIAssist. I also tried moving that save file to Saves/PluginData/JayJayWon/UIAssist/HeelAdjust, but still not seeing anything in the drop down. So I guess more so my question now is how do you setup Heels to appear from that drop down menu from the Tools section?

You configure the settings from that HeelAdjust tab under tools. If you load a person with a shoe clothing item worn (needs to be tagged as a clothing item) then it will appear in the drop down to select. There is help on the settings in the plugin UI as you mouse over each option.

I'm not very familiar with the plugin and not sure I have missed this function, but I don't think it exists.

Is a generic one-button clothing quick toggle possible without presets?
A Toggle Clothing Active-Operation Type. Or Toggle All Clothing.

The function would be:
1st button press -> take snapshot of all active clothing and deactivate the clothing
2nd button press -> use snapshot to activate the clothing, delete snapshot
*repeat*

By activate and deactivate I mean the same function that the original VAM UI has near each clothing item with the white checkbox, except for all active clothing at once, but not with the intend to permanently remove them.

I'd find that useful when dialing in morphs (especially breasts) and I want to see how a morph changes a look with and without a bra.

Try using the Active Clothing Editor (ACE) in UIAssist for this sort of thing. There is a button operation to open ACE.

Found the ACE later yesterday and wanted to delete my above post, but forget. Sorry about that.
Wish it would be possible with 1 button toggle from the grid, but I can see why it's coded into an extra menu to manage clothing.

Thanks for this wonderful mod. I have a problem.

I have "Attempt to trigger button action that is already in progress has been blocked" error. Any fixes please?

JayJayWon updated UIAssist (Free) with a new update entry:

UIAssist v2.26.0 Update

New Features:
  • Non toggle button operations can now be forced to only execute when a button is either toggled on or toggled off (or both toggled on and toggled off). This allows a button to be configured to perform different sets of non-togglable operations when the parent button is toggled.
  • Support for Open BrowserAssist operation to work with the new BrowserAssist Hair Items resource type.
Bug Fixes:
  • 'Only Remove real clothing' setting for Remove All Clothing...

It would be best to discuss on my Discord as I'll need more details.

If multiple ops are added to a button, including creating or deleting atoms, and these actions are not executed sequentially—meaning the creation or deletion is not completed before the next operation begins—how can this be resolved?

There is currently no way to sequence an Operation after a Create Atom operation has completed.
