Teaming on the Hub

Something to perhaps consider as a starting point for encouraging teaming on the Hub might be to count how many teaming resources each creator is associated with. At certain threshold numbers, lets say 5, 10, 25, 50 etc, a teaming badge is earned.

Could make the threshold quite high, the work to achieve it makes it more memorable and special to obtain.

I think this is a great idea, and the concept of teamwork should be more functional, not just a placeholder.

I think counting the teaming resources and awarding badges at certain threshold numbers is a straightforward way to start. I also initially thought that there should be reaction sharing, but that seems like something that would need more time to think through and make sure everyone feels that it is executed fairly. I don't know of any individual acknowledgement that exists today for download numbers, but we could be talking about another new badge... ☺
