ShakeIt

Plugins ShakeIt

So in the default scene you don't get this compile error and the UI is shown for both modules?
Yes.

What exactly do you mean by "tension"?
In the UI for the ShakeIt plugin (not the flex one), even though it's enabled and "Show Tension" is checked, and I am moving the foot, the values don't update.
But in the past I have seen these numbers update and jiggle happening. But just now I tried adding the plugin and they don't change and there is no jiggle. There is flexing though.

Did you change anything in the UI?
I clicked "Show Tension". And checked thighs and calves.

Here's a video.

I'm using 1.22.0.1 btw.

Hey, I think there is an issue. It could be something wrong with my game, but with Flex enabled on ladies, the jiggle works, but on guys, i have to disable Flex It for jiggling, even if i max out strength.

And a question, do you plan to do chest flex/chest fat stretching? For instance on flat chest girls or on guys, when there arms are raised, the chest flattens and stretches and the ribs show up more. Or if they put their elbows together the chest goes closer together and looks fatter, or if they put their elbows together behind them the chest gets smaller and the nipples spread apart.

Sorry, another question, do you plan to have gravity affect the jiggle morphs when stationary? So like if a character lies face down, the butt flattens and spreads out, or in doggy style, the stomach would hang down. Stuff like that.

Thanks for the report. I forgot to fix the same error from v22 for the gents.

The possible reason for that is... the plugin automatically load up saved presets, if they exist, when you add it to the scene.
So, for example, it was working on my end just fine, cuz i had presets from older versions [probably with 'tension' off]

I thought about that too, especially the breast morphing when arms are raised. But that wouldn't really fit into the existing modules, because these are static effects that are only driven by the pose. Besides, it would require a lot of work on the morphs side aswell as the logic for driving them (pose analysis). Right now I want to improve flexit first and then probably move back to my original project. But never say never...

Yeah, either you had tension off for all regions you care or you loaded up an old version (pre 23).

I literally just built scene with this and could not for the life of me figure out why my new settings were not creating jiggles, one of my older presets worked but any new one I made wouldn't. I've been scratching my head for the last 3 hours ?

Sorry for that. I hope it works now :)

When things like this happen I always blame myself
Don't do that! It's so much easier to blame someone else! :)
But seriously, if you encounter something strange just leave me a message. There is a non vanishing probability that I have messed something up, and I'll look into it. I'm looking forward to include your chubby presets (or rather the audience is)!

Man, I wonder why out of the 9000 downloads of v23 I only got 2-3 (rather diffuse) error reports. It was totally broken!
Tell me if something is wrong, please! I'm lazy and I do not always test the var before releasing... "

If anyone else is like me, i thought I was doing something wrong
?

I tried applying the plugin to the VAM default person barefoot (File > New Scene)

I think the bent knee position is high, so I hope the offset option can adjust the height

There is no offset option. You cannot "offset" a morph to affect different vertices. I would have to create a totally different morph.
Also, I think the tendons are in the right position. The muscles of the thigh are attached to the upper part of the knee, not the lower part like your arrows indicate. This would look really bad. If you do not agree, feel free to create your own morph in blender and replace it with the one in the var.

Hmm, for me it's working. And it seems for everybody else too. Where are you trying to put it on? It has to be a person. Is the person in a subscene? Pls tell me more about your scene setup and try adding it in a fresh scene.

EDIT: The atom you put it on doesn't have the forcereivers a person has it seems.

I found one way to reproduce this error. It happened to me when I parented the person to an empty atom (so I could move her without rotations).
The most common way this will happen is if she's part of a SubScene.
