The 1st time I entered the club, my Allure wasn't high enough for the girl at the entrance and I was not sure what to do so I went looking for another girl and found myself outside (and sideways). Maybe add a line of text in this case that says something like "She's out of your league. Come back later to find someone else". I like the idea of the girls having levels/standards you need to meet. Maybe based on their appearance: short/fat/bad-teeth: easy. supermodel:very hard. If you don't like the current option, there's a button that keeps you in the club but cycles a new girl: "Hang around for someone different" instead of back home then club again.
What if the girls had interest levels or something. Through the correct dialogue paths you get her interest high enough to score. As you level, you get boosts on correct dialogue (or just starts off higher) so the easy girls only require "let's ditch this place" while the super model needs more talking up. When you reach boss level even the hottest girls will just go with you.
Animate the girl so she starts dancing when happy or swaying after a few drinks or arms crossed when losing interest.
I'm sure you have plans to flesh out the dialogue but I thought I'd throw some things out there:
Select from many pick-up lines to start. Some add to her interest, some subtract.
Buy her a drink (or 2).
If you propose taking her home too early she's turned off (interest drops) and you need to build it back.
Have 2 girls active in the club. If you make progress with one the interest shown by the other is amplified.
One more suggestion: A button in the apartment to open the save menu to remind user to save progress to encourage leveling over multiple sessions would be nice.
