Penis Tip Deformation Upon Anal Penetration

I have been having an issue where my futa characters penis tips seem to deform whenever they are being penetrated.
I cant figure out why it happens and am curious if anyone else has had this problem?
When i check the active morphs nothing seems to be changing.
Any help would be much appreciated

Shot in the dark here. Maybe check the genital colliders with the collider editor plugin.
