Hello,

Is there a place that older resources are stored?

When browsing through the resources on the Hub, the oldest files are from May 2020.

What happened to all the stuff that was made before then?

Authors have to put them up here. Most authors do, some won't, some just left the community a while ago. You won't find dates before Hub was created though, it wasn't long ago. That doesn't mean those packages weren't created before! Otherwise you'll have to search reddit, discord, and sometimes find someone who still has the files somewhere. Some authors will sometimes package other people's work too, like https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/import-reloaded-lite.77/
