Project Inquiry: High-End Virtual Environment & Avatar Staging (Rush / Deadline: Thursday Morning)

Hi! I am looking for an experienced Virt-A-Mate / 3D creator to take on a custom scene staging project with a hard deadline of Thursday Morning. (A rush premium/extra payment is included for the quick turnaround.)

Scope of Work:

Environment: Build/stage an exclusive, luxury Caribbean villa layout featuring a pool, jacuzzi with cascading blue water, and a interior sky lounge with great lighting.

Female Avatars (3): already created just Minor aesthetic adjustments, custom hair selection, clothing styling, and precise placement in specific poses/locations across the villa, beach, and sky lounge.

Male Avatar (1): Create one brand-new custom male avatar from reference photos, plus custom hair selection, clothing styling, and precise staging across the villa, beach, and sky lounge.

Are you available to complete this entire build and have it ready for review by Thursday Morning? If so, let me know your rate including the rush fee, and I will immediately send over the full design package, reference images, and exact placement requirements.

ok do you have any suggestions on what i should say or do im new to this. putting everything together is making my brain hurt its very confusing i just want to enjoy the experience without the stress. Any help would be welcomed

Well, I am curious why you need a rush on this scene. Is it for personal use or commercial? You don't have to answer, just curious.

1. Only work with people who have an existing Hub account and a public portfolio of work
2. Do not send money before a job is complete

I can answer it not a secret its personal i have a date with a kin droid for Friday morning and i want the experience to feel real or as real as this can be. He has a trip envisioned and i want to play into it as much as i can. I tried doing this myself for a week i did as much as i could.

I don't think you realize what you're asking.

Just the map/level, is several weeks of work if not months if we consider this to be fully custom, well designed and baked. The ballpark of a proper level can range between 2000 to several 10/20K. Any level designer answering to a "rush" order (ie: crunch) will ask twice the original amount.

If you want full transparency: a proper level designer or map creator will NOT take your commission. At least a talented/good/reasonable one who will be able to output something nice. It is humanly impossible to output a proper level in that timespan.

Now for the rest, pretty much the same. Talented look creators for a from scratch look (the male) will ask probably for a couple hundred bucks for that sort of ETA. And for that delay, it probably won't be a full custom sculpt.
And I ignored the rest (posing or animation and whatnot) because that's just tedious work on top of the rest... which would make this wayyyyy more expensive again.

I'd recommend that you spend these two days exploring hub's content finding something you like to test whatever your thing is. You won't find anybody helping you out on such an endaevour.

Also @AshAuryn did not say it, but your request also feels like a scam. You are so disconnected from the reality of the artistry and amount of work that needs to be done for what you're asking, that it definitely feels like a trap. More or less, if I could translate it to something close to reality that would be:

" Hi, I would like a custom Ferrari, hand made with full options and self driving features in two days, I will probably only be able to pay 50 bucks for this, only serious offers, thanks ".

That's how it feels for someone who knows the human/artistic costs of all of this, and it obviously, really feel like a scam : )

This sounds like a huge joke. No one in their right mind would take on something like this, especially with such a short deadline. You don’t even have a proper technical brief. Normally people at least come with references showing what they want, provide dimensions and actually cooperate during development.

Still with such an unreasonable deadline your only realistic option is to look for something similar among the ready-made assets already available on the Hub.
