Always use the "Game Ready" driver. The "Studio" driver is meant for movie production studios (and similar) where consistency and stability are more important than performance. You don't want to take the chance for some graphics driver update to ruin your 100M$ movie production at a critical moment in time, if you can just buy more rendering servers (graphics cards) for more performance.
Funnily game dev studios have the same stability issues, but still tend to use the Game Ready driver, since that's what the players use.
