Is there a way to align a lot of UI buttons like they did in many scenes or plugins, just to create a nicelooking UI interface? Or are there any pluggins to help me achieve this?

For example, they have a very nice looking UI interface for this pluggin:

You can use PowerHandles (comes with Essentials).
Hold LeftCTRL to move the atoms. When you also hold SPACE the atom will snap to the grid. Defaults to 10cm, but can be tweaked in the plugin's options.

(You can also use the buttons in the Move tab of the atom....but PowerHandles is way more fluid working...)

(Only partially related to your question, you may also want to look at the Keybindings plugin by AcidBubbles.....as it can duplicate atoms by hotkey. So...if you need lots of identical things...)
