I need help with lag frame drop/lag.

I can play on desktop completely fine with 90-120FPS but when i go into vr i get like 15-25 fps only i am using a link cable to my meta quest 3 and sometimes it might crash. my pc specs: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS 3801 Mhz 8 cores, 16gb ddr5 ram and Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU.
Any help is super appreciated!!!!

A crash is due to your limited RAM. For VAM, it's best to have 32 GB RAM to handle multiple scene loads, clothing, environments, music, etc.
Do understand that your single monitor use is not the same challenge as the dual monitor (one for each lens) in VR.
If you want you can find the benchmarking scene and do some proper testing, because I have no idea if your stated FPS are coming from a reasonable comparison basis.
