For example, i have person's hand and asset (for example - dildo). I put dildo into the right position into hand's grip, and in dildo settings select Paren Atom and Link To Atom (Person.rHand). Click: Parent Link for Position and Rotation.
But when i move hand, dildo folows hand with delay. So it doesn't look like its properly linked to hand.

This plugin does nothing.
This plugin does exactly what you asked for. It's been downloaded almost three quarters of a million times, has fifteen 5 star ratings and is used as a dependency in almost 400 scenes. If it actually does nothing, maybe you should tell everyone.

Put it on an the asset, parent the asset to the body part. Set the link types to hold, like it says in the description and make sure the plugin is active.

In my case it did nothing. I did as instructions said and nothing. The same thing as using physic link.

In your screenshot you are linking to the hand control....not the hand. That's your problem.
ParentHoldLink definitely works, although I would of course recommend my slightly improved version that is included in Essentials collection.

@DemoniKsataNa666 All the nodes have one control and one non-control. Like lHandControl and lHand. Imagine the controls being attached to the non-controls via springs. You use the controls to "puppeteer" the body...but the actual body is located at the other nodes.
