Is it possible to apply a body shape of a person (Person1) to another person (Person2) to make them have the same body shape without messing with the person's face (Person2)?

There are some ways to do this, but they are both not perfect.

There are plugins like Morph Mass Manager, who are made for exactly this.
Load person1 and person2, then apply the plugin to both of them.
Now click "copy morphs" on person1, and "paste to slot 2" on the second one.
You can select the body region and use the slider to mix the morphs.
Unfortunately this great tool is a bit stubborn and can't split full body morphs.

The second way, that works for body and head even with full body morphs, is the Morph Merger plugin.
Add it to person1, check the options to split the head and body,
and then merge all the morphs in your look.
Do this with person2, too.
You have to restart or "hard reset" VaM to make the new morphs appear.
Now you have split head and body morphs for both looks., and you can mix them like you want.
Unfortunately this will merge the morphs, so that you can't simply make changes anymore.

PS: there is a third cumbersome way, I only mention for completeness:
You can open person1, filter for all morphs being "in use",
go through all of them and set all morphs belonging to the body to default.
Save a morph preset.
Now do the same with person2, but set all morphs belonging to the head to default.
Save it as morph preset, too.
Now you can apply and merge load the two presets to one figure.
This doesn't work well with full body morphs, too.
Sometimes this method is an option to "have the full control about what you are doing"
