VaM 1.x How can I make penis movements more beautiful and gentle using body language?

I'm having trouble creating a good penis thrust or female thrust in the body language plugin; it's either too hard or constantly pauses. Is there a good setting for this?

Your mean and quickness settings seem way too high. You might want to click the FactoryDefaults button and start from there.
