I guess I may be the only person who has ever asked this, but is it possible to take a male atom/look, remove his penis and give him a vagina?

Please don't judge me but I have a slight fetish for trans FTM people (born a woman but transitioning to a man). I've seen some really hot FTM guys who happen to have a vagina in porn and cam sites so I'd like to take a stab at creating my own in VaM.

I tried taking all the penis controls down to zero but that didn't seem to remove the penis morphs entirely. I also tried a futa male skin but that didn't work, and I played with the castrate setting but it didn't really give me an actual vagina. Or do all or some of these techniques work and I'm just not doing it right?

If there is a somewhat simple way to give a hunky guy a v-jay and someone can tell me how I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Yes there are some jpg graphics here on the Hub of FTM looks but I don't see the downloads or instructions on how to make them. Also, I don't know what "atm" means other than automatic teller machine.
