Hey mate,
I don't really understand your question, are you looking to create clothes that fits well on different body types or are you trying to modify already-existing clothes to fit your different models?
I believe you meant the second option. If it is, you can first try to adjust the clothing properties by clicking the clothing items you want and then going to the Adjustments tab. Change parameters such as surface offset and thickness. Sometimes just increasing the surface offset a little bit is enough to remove clipping on thicker models. If it's a physics clothing (affected by forces, gravity and collisions), you can also go to the Physics tab and change parameters like collision distance, friction, etc.
Remember to then save a Clothing Preset with your changes and load this preset onto the person Atoms that you want, otherwise your changes will be lost because they default to the original parameters the creator set for those clothing items.
Alternatively, albeit a harder option but necessary if you have severe clipping, is to use something like
Clothing Editor to precisely adjust the vertices of the clothing items, akin to what you could similarly do in Blender.
Edit: Complementary, some models have bigger nipples which can clip through clothing, it's a very common occurrence. You can use
this plug-in to get rid of that.
Hope it helps.
