My first suggestion is to have 2 different config files for VaM, one desktop and one which is used when an VR headset is detected.
Have a tick option to disable separate Config files, default should be "use same" as to not confuse users.
That way one can crank up their anti aliasing for VR use for example, when one does not need it in desktop mode.
Another suggestion: Disable the player camera colliding with atoms when in desktop mode and having head collider active in VR setting, as it should be for VR only like the name indicates.
