Question Can I disable the grab/move on a CUA (Clothing item)?

I have a belt item, its a cua.
I move itand parent it, but I cant move the hip without accidentally grabbing moving the belt.
Is there a way to completely remove or disable the control point?

In the CUA Atom, Control Tab:

• First, "hidden" at the top where the "On" checkbox is.
• Secondly, "allow possess/grab" for position and rotation, uncheck both.
