If you package a thumbnail in the same folder as the .cslist (just with a .jpg extension) then it should - although as no one does that I havent tested it!

hi there im having problems with browser assist on my ntsf nvme ssd main hard drive i installed vam into program files i gave the folder admin rights and user rights but i cant get browser to mark plugins i tried reseting the browser inside vam and i tried removing the links and i deleted the system links folder and the basettings.cfg and then tried the batch file to create system links then i loaded up browser and still nothing i also saved as default settings before i closed vam any tips? it works on my other USB and ssd hard drives but not on my main drive?
When you run the CreateBASymLinks.bat file can you please capture a screenshot of the command window that pops up and share it.
I just did a fresh installation and noticed you need to create the "/VaM/saves/Person" directory or else there will be an error with the link.

The standard VAM behaviour when you press the tab key is to activate "Mouse Look" in Desktop mode. That means the mouse cursor will disappear and you will be able to rotate the screen camera to change where you are looking by moving the mouse. Once in "Mouse Look" mode you cant use the mouse cursor to select anything. All of that is standard VAM behaviour and nothing to do with BrowserAssist.
Is that what is happening or are you experiencing something different?

Just here to report a small bug: importing an appearance from a scene with "only suppress real clothing", when it has a missing clothing dependency, does not work. The "import" button turns into grey "importing" for a few minutes and turns back. Only thing that happens is it removes the non-real clothing from the existing appearance (yes, the desired appearance also has non-real clothing).

Ok thanks I'll make a note of it. What version of BA did you experience this on?
Version 60. Latest one didn't have a note about Real Clothing, so I didn't bother to try it in.
I should say, if it matters at all, that the non-real clothing from the appearance I want to import had been forced non-real with BrowserAssist.

Not quite sure what you mean by "Wont let me rollback". but have you enabled SymLinks following step 5 in the installation instructions. There's a RemoveBASymLinks bat file also which can sometimes clear issues (and then run CreateBASymLinks afterwards). You will need to restart BA after doing that.

I really love the plugin, its a game changer literally.
I also wanted to request a 'feature' if I could:
Ability to sort CUA's whether they have a thumbnail or not. I've had to manually write a script to sort them into folders if they do/don't have thumbnail. (you can find those on my profile)
It would be awesome if this was built-in.

Can you explain why you would want to do that? ie. what are you trying to achieve?

When I'm adding things, normally I just browse my catalog. if I'm working fast, I want to see al thumbnails fast (and sort them to the top).

Sorry to blow up your DM's but, one other feature request:
When browsing for clothing, its often very slow to go from one creator, to Local&Packaged.
Any chance you could just add the Local&Packaged as a button to the top menu? So I don't have to wait for the system to rescan all the names when I want to go back and forth from general search to creator search.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "a button to the top menu". And also what do you have to wait for?

When I click the button to navigate through folders, and when I click on a specific creator, it takes 2 seconds or more to load (I have 500+ creators, more than can even be shown).
And when I want to go back to browsing all the Local & Packaged there is another 2 or 3 seconds while the dropdown is populating, before I can click to go home.
Often, I'm wanting to go back and forth, in the case: I'm scrolling my assets and I see a creator that I want to drill down into. This process is time consuming (just waiting for dropdowns to populate).
My proposal was essentially to add a HOME button that sets the selection to "Local & Packaged" so I don't have to open the dropdown.
