Subscenes are not supported. They mess up a lot of things.
What exactly is happening that its causing every single subscene that im using to break? It didnt do this a couple updates ago and its kind of a deal breaker.

I have a scene I threw together with frogfrogs Magic light show (disc) and cheekibreeki's cameraman in it running BL v54 and it has zero issues. And the amount of scripting in lighting disc is insane. Not to mention a lot of creators use subscenes in their scenes and I never have issues adding BL v54 to those scenes. The biggest issue I notice with subscenes is that parenting doesn't always update right away and sometimes you have to close the UI and reopen a few times to see the parenting take effect. That being said, I never parent a person atom to a subscene when running BL. So I am also wondering what is "everything" that is breaking? Also, unless it is a script heavy or specific naming heavy subscene, I usually transfer the parenting of the items in the subscene to an empty atom after loading it in if I need a master toggle or the ability to move it around and then delete the subscene in order to clean it up. Because subscenes can be weird and quirky sometimes with or without BL.

I use subscenes for my lighting, using v54 of BL completely breaks them if I try to load a different light rig. It also breaks the animation pattern setups I use to move and rotate the subscene on axis for different lighting angles. Happens in different scenes too. Specifically, if I add BL to an atom and then try to load a different lighting subscene, it breaks all physics in the scene and doesn't unload the previous subscene but stacks the new scene on top of it repeatedly. The problem persists if you change scenes too, physics will still be broken and a loading message box for the subscene will be frozen on the screen.
It bugs out the loading of subscenes in general and makes parenting atoms to the subscene buggy too. Also an atom under a subscene that's controller by body language bugs out as well but that happens in other versions and isnt really a big deal since I can just unparent them.

I was set on the path of adding live monologues, in the form of being able to add my own audio (combined with Lip sync). Changing the blowjob sounds (since they are just not good at all). And in general, the sound component is very important. More important than the poses. But that's just my opinion.
 
Curious if you've either tried or considered adding "controllable" with settings & randomizations: head movements yet. I don't think anyone's knocked that out of the park yet.

1) Turn head left? If so, to what extent?
2) Tilt head back? If so, to what extent?

5) Similar to what you did for Blowjob but for idle poses.

I don't know what you have in your subscene, but subscenes are not officially supported. It may work or not, depending on the content. Characters can not be inside subscenes.
 
There are adjustable idles for each limb, including the head. Go to PoseMe/Pose > Configure idles

Oh snap. Didn't realize that came with PoseMe. Messed around with it for a bit. Don't see a way to adjust the speed of the Torque. Still, that's solid. Thanks for the insight and for everything you've done here!

Works perfectly fine for me. You may be using a cua dilo, which is not fully supported. Or you've put some weird settings on the anus. The defaults are like this:
