VaM 1.x Body part alignment issue in scenes

In some scenes the character's hand and penis does not align correctly, sometimes the mouth lips keeps on twitching and open weirdly. Are there some important plugins i'm missing?

You can try Diving Rod, Divining Foreskin, Divining Lips and Hands, Orifice Dynamics, and Dynamic Limbs. Maybe there's more, but these are the ones that I commonly use.
