Building on ToumeiHitsuji's great work, this extends/replaces and fixes bugs in the orignal plugin to add foreskin pull back from any hand, mouth, Vagina, Anus, chest and feet. Also better targeting and let go of target than the original.
Foreskin pullback can be disabled making it a better and more update to date version of DiviningRod which hasn't been maintained in years

Changes/new features over the original
- NEW - added support Jackroo's Hoodie Morph as an option - Made Default
- Add cylinder targeting area projected from penis base - this leads to better targeting and let go of target. No more wondering penises!
- I've remove the targeting restriction against containing atom's hand. Still won't target own mouth or anus
- It will pull back the foreskin based on the closest target to the Middle of the penis.
- It works out when to start the pull back based on the distance between penis base and tip such that it starts to pull back when, for instance, the target hand is just below the penis tip, this gives a more realistic effect on the pull back. Also means penis length can be adjusted and the point of pullback is still correct
- Added controls for the pull back distance, pull start offset and maximum return
- Added offsets specific for hand, mouth and vagina/anus.
- Also has a selection for foreskin morphe to use for effect.
- Also added controls for selection of penis base postion/rotation controltype, On, comply, Off, ParentLink, PhysicsLink.
- Penis base rotation has a "Plugin controlled" option which switches the rotation between, On, Off, Comply dependant on some logic (logic same as the original plugin)
- Added chest target for tit wanks (off by default)
- Can Target feet
- Added logic to pullback based on where target enters cylinder. The effect remove the pullback of foreskin when coming from the side which is unrealistic.
