Minako's personality is silly most of the time but she can be serious when it counts. Minako is the most dedicated to her mission of all the Sailor Senshi. Minako acts as the Sailor Senshi's second-in-command and frequently takes responsibility for the team.

Before She joined the other Senshi, Minako took on the disguise of "Sailor V", it is thought that since she awakened first, she did this to distract the Dark Moon Kingdom into thinking that she was the Moon Princess until the other Sailor Senshi could be found and awakened. She is so similar to Usagi that she has been able to use that likeness to their advantage many times
