A small abandoned room created as experiment in 2021. The light in the scene is combined with realtime game light, some shadows are baked into a blender in diffuse map.
Experiment for Unity I considered failure for several reasons. The most important issue - It took too long time for my video card to bake it. But it looks cool!

Update 1.1 - 08/29/23
1. Small fix for collisions (thx for report shidyhartha)
2. Scene asset not available anymore for mouse grabbing.

Look awesome, but as madtestes mentioned bellow, the assets cannot be moved or rotated, thus making it difficult to adjust with the right scene.

Very nice work. This scene has high quality textures and decent lighting options. It really nails the gritty look and provides a lot of fun possibilities.

This is great, but it is a static unity asset that cannot be rotated or moved to accommodate other scenes and atoms.

What do you want rotate or move? Baked light on assets? LOL. This is the price that we must to pay for technique of creating a such scenes. Do not forget that we have outdated unity urp in vam, is very outdated in compared modern technology of rendering

Nice room! But why the missing wall?

Wall is not lost, I just didn't done it. This room was planned as a stage with a small FOV angle for camera.
