Hello everyone.
Overview
An evening social venue with an original design pole stage, bar and live performance stage.
There are still some unfinished areas such as the VIP room and staff room, and it will take some time to complete, so for now it will be released as a beta version.
Concept
To express the concept of the characters I create.
Keep the file size below the size that can be shared on the HUB.
Number of lightings that are realistically allowed to operate.
Important
The license is CC-BY-ND, which allows commercial use by reference, but prohibits any use outside of VAM, commercial or non-commercial.
Due to the design intent, please refrain from redistributing derivative works that include additions, changes, or deletions to ASSET's own objects or materials.

1F Entrance
Welcome to VAM Nightclub!
Take the elevator to the top floor and you'll find yourself at a social gathering place for adults.
What? You want to go to the bathroom? It's on your left.
Oh, and last but not least, this is a beta version so toilet paper isn't installed yet.
Both the entrance and the toilet were assumed to be used infrequently in the scene, so all lighting was baked.
A mirror is included for aesthetic purposes, but it may affect performance, so it is best to remove it if necessary.
1F Cloak
Beyond the door is an eye-catching cloak with a spiral staircase.
This area was also thought to be used infrequently, so it was lit mainly with baked lights.
With VAM light turned off.
1F Bar
Once you have left your valuables at cloak, you will see a bar on your right.
Colliders are set for the main fixtures.
Downlights are created by baking to illuminate the environment and do not provide direct light.
Direct light is provided by VAM lights in the chandelier section.
As for props, I plan to update my bar prop assets separately.
1F Dance hall
Next is a dance hall equipped with a pole stage.
The spotlights are set up on the VAM side so that they can be lit independently.
The poles are the same thickness as those in VAM.
In the future we plan to make it possible to separate the poles.
Now, let's go up the spiral staircase at Cloak.
2F Lounge
The second floor is a lounge overlooking the stage and the night view.
Note: In order to reduce the size of reference files, the default SKYBOX is set.
I recommend changing the SKYBOX to your liking.
This screenshot uses "StardustVR's Las Vegas Skybox Scene".

VAM lighting is set to the chandelier.
There are auxiliary spots outside.
Talk about love with your favorite girlfriend.
2F Stage
A small live stage inspired by a jazz live performance, with a bar table attached.
I thought an old mic would look better, so I made my own mic.
Musical instruments cannot be moved. Used license free content from Sketchfab.
The musical instruments will be released as separate assets at a later date.
2F VIP room(Draft)
The last one is the VIP room.
This was created temporarily as it will take time to complete the interior design and atmosphere appropriate for a VIP room.
For aesthetic reasons, a single VAM light has been installed on the chandelier and a mirror has been installed over the sink, so please turn them off if you are concerned about the performance.

I considered giving as much freedom as possible to the lighting of the main parts.
Aesthetically, I have no plans to offer a no-bake version, as it would require dozens of lights to work together to illuminate each section as a background.
In order to achieve both ambiance and functionality, I went through a lot of trial and error with the lighting in the bake area.
