Not sure how it works because this plugin changing only few parameters of controller's scale and should not affect of visibility
Need to experiment a bit. Extra controllers icons from GyzmosSystem are very tiny.

Thank you) Yes, change color of controller is very easy and controller has color variable for every state. I thought about color changing, but did not decide how to do it better.I was gonna ask for custom icons before but didnt give me time
So now i wanted to ask, is it possible to give controllers a custom color?
i was using Colored Controllers, but it was kinda buggy, specially when combined with yours. (locked positions got unlocked, sometimes controllers become invisible and i have to remove your plugin to bring them back, hard reset required after removing it too)

For now i have an idea to make extra script to change color for On state for every controller in atom, or change color for all their states. Also i thought about to colorize left and rights controllers for person to blue and orange
Automatic color choosing will not very good as i think
